I knew Tim all my life...We grew up within a few miles of each other. What I remember most about Tim is that for many years when my Mom and Dad lived on Nealy Ridge, he would come by almost every day and visit them. We enjoyed his company so much as Tim was so full of life and was so funny. He loved for my Mom (Lily Counts) to make his favorite Butterscotch, which she always did. We will miss him.
