When I was a little girl Billy would put me up on his shoulders and take me everywhere. He loved playing games, especially his "I got ya" game where he would dig out some bit of trivia to stump you on. He could be annoying and entirely endearing at the same time. He will be missed but he is in a far better place. He had some challenges in this life, that all who knew him understood. He is free now, in the arms of His savior.

Jack, Joyce, Michele, Mike & Isaac,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you go through this difficult time. Dad always spoke fondly of Billy Joe and was sad to hear of his passing. You all are always in our hearts even though distance has kept us apart. May God continue to be with you all and hold you close in your sorrow.
All Our Love
Michelle (Goins) Rose & Family
