Uncle Mac, you were my Daddy, Samuel’s ,2nd oldest brother. Daddy and Mother, Alice, and all 4 of us children were taught by Daddy and Mom that Families stick together and families are to love one another. Uncle Mac, that is a creed the Samuel and Alice Rasnake family live by. And Daddy and Mother taught us to treat others as we want to be treated. Uncle Mac, you were a good Uncle and was there for me when I needed help and I recall my brother Eric telling about the time he told you he had enlisted in the Army. You prepared him for some of the things he would be going through. Uncle Mac, I have the greatest respect for you and always will because you fought in Vietnam as a radio operator and was the only survivor of your unit to make it out of an attack. Most radio operators had a life expectancy in Vietnam of a very short time-4 seconds if I remember correctly. God had a purpose for you on this earth and I know you were loved by many, especially a lot of your siblings and nieces and nephews, Reca and Todd and Denver. Uncle Mac you will be forever missed, but I pray you are resting in Jesus’ arm now. I had you on my mind for weeks to call you just like I did with Aunt Hester before she passed away. I didn’t have your number or I could have at least talked to you Uncle Mac. You will always hold a special place in my heart Uncle. I miss you so! Your niece, Nancy Rasnake Wyatt

I'm so , so sorry fr the bottom of my heart. To hear about Mack passing. I just wish I had called him and Resamay a week or 2 before he passed, when I had them upon my heart. I'm so proud that Mack served his country during war time. Mack was my brother-in-law for 20 yrs. He always treated me nice and visited often to go hunting with his brother's. He Will be greatly missed.
