Message: So sorry for your loss. The few times I was honored to sit and talk with Finis it was a wonderful experience. He was very kind to me and my children. As they played he and I talked about logging, the old days etc. It was special for me since not to long before that I had lost my popaw. He knew him and told me some stories he knew about him. So for me he reminded me of my popaw and I enjoyed those few times I was able to sit and talk with him. He instantly made me realize he was a good man!
