I would like to offer my prayers to the family of Mr. Epling. Many years ago, in a little town called Hurley, I got the opportunity to meet Mr. Epling. I was a young person and he worked at the telephone building that was straight across the road from my house. I worked at my uncle's grocery store which was in the middle of town and just a few yards from the phone building and the men from the phone company would come there and get snacks. Mr. Epling was always smiling and happy. He probably shouldn't have done it, but he even took several of us into the building to show us how the circuits worked. It's funny how you have memories of certain people that have touched your life in some way through simple acts of kindness.
