Obituary for Deborah Cheryl "Debbie" Mullins

McClure, VA – Deborah “Debbie” Cheryl Mullins, age 57 of Little House Drive passed away at her home Friday, September 26, 2014. Born in Dickenson County she was a daughter of the late Elder Roy and Pearl Harrison Reece. A 1975 Haysi High School graduate, she was owner and manager of Haysi Pawn Shop and a member of Bartlick Independent Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Mullins; children, Lakesha Anderson of Fairfax, VA and Brett Dearman of Clinchco, VA; step children, Cynthia Mullins of Marine City, MI, Timothy Mullins and Jessica Mullins both of Haysi, VA; sisters, Sandy (Jerry) Thomas of Haysi, VA and Dianne (Dean) Worley of Meadowview, VA; grandchildren, Akasha Anderson and Exodus Anderson; step grandchildren, Brandon, Kevin and Amanda and an aunt, Melster Tracy of Haysi, VA.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Haysi Funeral Home with Junior Deel and James Sweeney officiating. Burial will follow in the Mullins Family Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home where an evening service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. with Price Viers and Shawn Dotson officiating.
