I've known (Jay,Bubba) since 1996/97 but never had a real conversation with him for nearly 2 years after initially meeting him even after seeing him here or there. I always looked back and wondered what kinda intellectual conversation I missed in the time it took for us to warm up to one another.. He was always there if he could be he was a protector a shoulder to cry on and you could pour your heart out to him without fear of your words going anywhere. He put everyone/everything last to care for his momma and his nephew. The world has lost one of the best people I know- I was lucky enough to call him my friend
