ROY EMETT MUSICK

Breaks, VA- Roy Emett Musick, age 77, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. Born in Buchanan County, he was a son of the late Willie and Myrtle Yates Musick. He was last employed as an equipment operator for Clinchfield Coal Co. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Floyd, Homer and Derwood Musick.
Survivors include a brother, Grover Musick of Doran, nephews, Michael, Russell, Cleve and Chad Musick and a niece, Melissa M. Hagy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Bartlick Freewill Baptist Church with James Swiney and Junior Deel officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 16, at H.C. Colley Cemetery, Breaks, VA. Friends and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
