Obituary for Jerry Lee Ring
Haysi, Va – Jerry Lee Ring, age 77, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at Giles Community Hospital, Pearisburg, Virginia. Born in Dickenson County, he was the son of Morgan and Agnes Frazier Ring. He was of the Freewill Baptist Faith and last employed as a custodian in a housing development.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a special cousin, more like a brother, Lacy Edwards.
Survivors include an aunt, Trula Frazier; caregiver, Nan Edwards and several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Tarpon Freewill Baptist Church, Clintwood, VA with Jerry Vitatoe officiating. Burial will follow in the Frazier – Sykes Cemetery, Clintwood, VA. Pallbearers will be Larry Edwards, Jamie Edwards, Jesse Edwards, Rocky Conaway and Trevor Conaway. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Yates, Brandon Mullins, Justin Edwards, Travis Conaway, Eric Edwards and Greg Edwards.
