RONALD DEEL
Clinchco, VA- Ronald Deel, age 61 of Edwards Ridge, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his home. Born March 16, 1959 in Buchanan County, he was a son of the late Charlie Howard and Cora Jane Deel. He was a disabled coal miner, he loved to work on vehicles and to help others. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, David, Chester, Ernest, Paul, Carter and Jessie and a sister, Rosie Coleman and two nephews.
Survivors include his girlfriend of 25 years, Sylvia Turner, a daughter, Misty Ann Deel, also other family members, sisters-in-law and several nieces, nephews and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Conaway Cemetery, Rakes Ridge, Haysi, VA with Elder Andy Deel officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com Haysi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
