Obituary for Deborah Lynn Perrigan

Clintwood, VA – Deborah Lynn Perrigan, age 47, went to her Heavenly home on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the home of her sister, Judy. Born in Wise County, she was a daughter of the late Estle and Joyce Owens Perrigan. Debbie graduated from Haysi High School and was of the Christian Faith. She fought the fight of a courageous warrior for several years due to cancer. Most may think she lost her battle, but she actually gained the greatest reward of all, and that’s Heaven. She loved going fishing, pretty flowers, and animals. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ada Ramey, and a nephew, Shawn Mullins.
Survivors include two sisters, Judy (Joe) Mullins of Clintwood and Ida Wallace of Hawaii, two brothers, Wayne (Trula) Perrigan of Grundy and Ronnie Perrigan of New Jersey, nieces; Tammy Hale, Sarah Ramey, Kim Ramey, Pam Taylor, Sybrina Stiltner, Melissa Perrigan, and Madison Wallace, a nephew, Chris Wallace and special sisters, Charlee Hale and Natalea Cusack.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Edwards Cemetery, Clinchco, VA with Gary Stanley officiating adhering to Covid 19 guidelines set forth by the government. Pallbearers will be Joe Mullins, Randy Mullins, Mike Mullins, Brandon Hale, Will Hale, Jackie Slemp, Chris Wallace, and Jeff Wallace. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com.
