Vansant, VA – Sheila Kay O’quinn, age 67, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at her residence. Born in Buchanan County, she was a daughter of Melster Brown and the late Rean Owens. She was a homemaker. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Ratliff.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Louie O’quinn, a daughter, Kristy Rife of Vansant, 5 grandchildren, Kaelyn Rife, Chandler Rife, Brianna Ratliff, Izabella Ratliff, Lindsey Ratliff and a sister, Lois June Wright of Bristol.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the Yates Cemetery, Haysi, VA with Shae Shrader officiating.
