Haysi, VA – Tennil Ford, age 71 of Flamingo Road passed away Monday, February 3, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. Born in Dickenson County, he was a son of the late John and Marcella Mullins Ford. He was last employed by Dickenson County in trash maintenance. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jenny Mae Ford and brothers, Avery Ford and John L. Ford.
Survivors include a special niece Barbara (Doug) Deel of Haysi; grandchildren, Samantha (Daniel) Willis of Tennessee and Hobert (Destany) Newberry of Taylorsville, NC; great grandchildren, Joselynn Reed of Tennessee, Wyatt Newberry and Lilly Newberry both of Taylorsville, NC.; sister-in-law, Jean Ford of Fredericksburg, VA; special friends, Anthony and Sherri Conaway of Haysi, VA and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
