PATRICIA ANN O’QUINN RATLIFF
Vansant, VA- Patricia Ann O’quinn Ratliff, age 48, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, VA. Born in Richlands, VA, she was a daughter of Louie E. and Sheila Kay Owens O’quinn. She was a homemaker and was employed as a nurse at Buchanan General Hospital and Clinch Valley Medical Center and attended Harmon Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Brian Ratliff, three daughters, Brianna, Izabella, and Lindsey, a sister, Kristy Rife, maternal grandmother, Melster Brown, paternal grandmother, Ethel O’quinn, niece, Kaelyn Rife, nephew, Chandler Rife and best friend, Missy Childress.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Haysi Funeral Home with Pastor Shea Shrader officiating. Burial will follow in Yates Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
