Obituary for Alice F. Rasnick
Alice F. Rasnick was born on April 15, 1938 in Debsusk, Virginia to the late James and Dora Lambert. Alice passed away on June 20, 2019 at her home in Wixom, Michigan surrounded by her family.
At 12 years old, Alice met the man who she would spend the rest of her life with, Joseph A. Rasnick. They have had 60 blessed years of marriage. She was cherished mother of Cheryl (Raymond) Padrock and Cindy (Roger Linse) Caldwell. Proud Nana of Brit (Ben) Rasnick, RJ Padrock, Cody Caldwell and Molly Padrock and great-grandma of Riley, Jackson, Madison and Reagan. The youngest of 11, she is survive by her dear sister Edna Ausin and brother Harold "Buck" Lambert. Alice is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Alice's family received friends for visitation on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 3-8 pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 N. Pontiac Trail (3 blocks south of Maple Rd) in Walled Lake.
A Funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Haysi Funeral Home.
She was laid to rest at Rasnick Family Cemetery in Clinchco, Virginia.
