We grew up together. We went to church and school together when we were children, and our parents were friends. Her Daddy and mine car pooled to work together, before carpooling was a thing. She is home now with Charlie. Sending prayers and love to her sister Sandy and her children/grandchildren. Im so sorry for your loss.

I remember the first time I really knew who Kathy was I was speaking at a ladies event in Clinchco and she was in attendance. I noticed she radiated love, joy, and peace (the Spirit). I invited her to start attending our weekly ladies Bible study at the high school and the rest is history. Kathy always showed others the love of God AND that was even up to her death. She had no fear of death and continued praising and trusting God till the end.
