BRANDY KAY BLOODGOOD
Clinchco, VA- Brandy Kay Bloodgood, age 37 of Mill Street, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at her home. Born in Dickenson County, she was a daughter of the late George Henry and Wanda Owens Charles. She was last employed at Double Kwik as a cook in the Deli and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Derrick Lee Charles.
Survivors include her husband, Travis Bloodgood, two daughters, Paige Perkins and Katie Bloodgood both of Clinchco, a sister, Candy Charles of Vansant, mother and father-in-law, Dwayne and Jenny Bloodgood of Clinchco, special nieces, Haley Wright, Makensey and Emily Mays and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2019 at Haysi Funeral Home with Matt Deel officiating. Burial will follow in the Burton Owens Cemetery, Vansant, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 10:00 a.m. on Monday prior to funeral services.
