WILLIAM ARNOLD BROWNING
Haysi, VA- William Arnold Browning, age 69, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. Born in West Virginia, he was a son of the late Ray Hatfield and Flossie Browning. He was a retired coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Little Willie Browning, brothers, Phillip and James Estep, Jerry, James and Billy Ray Hatfield and a sister, Jennifer Hatfield Moore
Survivors include his wife, Annette Browning, two sons, Willie (Mary) Browning and Todd Browning both of Hayters Gap, a grandson, Noah Browning, step-children, Stephanie (Jason) Boyd of Vansant, David (Heather) Ratliff of Haysi and Jeremy (Sabrina) Ratliff of Maxie, step-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Dylan Boyd and Trey and Hallie Ratliff, siblings, David Estep, Eugene Estep both of North Carolina, Cheryl McDowell of Colorado, Shenna Estep of Ky, Dinah Jacome and Marshall Estep both of Miami, FL
