SAMUEL GILBERT

Samuel Gilbert, age 59, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at his home. Born in Tazewell County, he was a son of the late Arthur and Edna Deel Gilbert. He was last employed as a drywall worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita (Sis) Gilbert Rasnick and brothers, Melvin, Dexter and Danny Gilbert.
Survivors include four sisters, Jerolene Howard of Clintwood, Mary Lou (Jim) Duty of Bee, Linda (Clayton) Justice of Birchleaf and Beatrice Winters of Christiansburg, a brother, Carl (Linda) Gilbert of Bee and several nieces and nephews.
