CLETA COUNTS BLAIR

Hager Hill, KY- Cleta Counts Blair, age 61 of Coleman Branch, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born in Dickenson County, she was a daughter of the late Lacy and Doris Anderson Counts, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Ray Counts.
Survivors include her husband, Wilbur Blair of Hager Hill, KY, two sons, Martin Blair of Richmond, KY and Matthew Blair of Winchester, KY, a brother, Kenny Counts of Mt. Laurel, NJ, a sister, Wanda Counts Miller of Elkhorn City, KY and two grandsons, Benjamin Blair and Robert Alexander Blair.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Haysi Funeral Home with Elders Jim O’quinn, Garnell Gilbert and Jimmy Counts officiating. Burial will follow in Counts-Boyd Family Cemetery, Lick Creek, VA. The family will receive friends after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to funeral service.
