Condolence From: Marlene Adams
Condolence: Oakie and Gin married when I was 3 years old. They moved to CA in 1950 when I was 4. I didn't spend much time in their presence, but I knew they were a very important part of our family. My mother would get a long letter (8-10 pages) from Gin updating her on what was going on in their family. Mom poured over every word and took it all in; you see there was no telphone available on Little Fox Creek in those days. I thank God for Gin and the happiness she brought my mother, and no doubt, my brother. He always called her "Ginnie". I have spent very little time with all the family, but I love you dearly.

Condolence: My dear aunt Gin. What a lovely spirit, what a wonderful person you were. I only have the fondest of memories of you. Your smile and wonderful laugh will forever be in my heart. The world has lost a precious example of loving kindness. Go rest on that mountain my dear aunt, what a wonderful person you were.
No words spoken could ever take away the obvious heartfelt pain that your children now possess with your journey from here to eternity. I pray God comforts them with the knowledge that aunt Gin is now in a most wonderful place with those that have left before. I will always love my aunt Gin.
