Obituary for Vicki Viers (Raines)
JEWANA “VICKI” VIERS
Vansant, VA- Jewana Vicki Viers, age 61 of Steamboat road, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Grundy, VA. She was a daughter of the late Walker and Jackie Yates Raines. She was a 1972 Haysi High School graduate, a homemaker and member of Harmon Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles, two daughters, Heather (Jody) Bowman and Kelly Jo (Bob) Lowery both of Vansant, a grandson, Dylan Lowery, a sister, Kim (Blane) Owens of Vansant and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Haysi Funeral Home with Shea Shrader officiating. The family will receive friends after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Russell Prater Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 145, Vansant, VA 24656. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com Haysi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
