DEIRDRE BELCHER KELLY
Haysi, VA- Deirdre Belcher Kelly, age 50 of Dickenson Highway, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at her home. Born in Dickenson County, she was a daughter of Berchie Addison and Nadine Owens Belcher. She was owner and operator of Almost Home Nursing Home and was a member of Splashdam Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter Lauren C. Carico.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Ken, two sons, Jacob Carico and Peyton Bush of the home, two sisters, Rhonda (Zane) Counts of Clintwood and Ginger Mullins of Haysi, a brother, Biff (Robin) Belcher of Haysi, maternal grandmother, Estelle Owens of Haysi, two nieces and six nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Haysi Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Sluss and Gary Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in John and Margie Belcher Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Pallbearers will be nephews.
