Condolence: I met Hurley back in 1959 when I was working for Harold Powers at Breaks Motor Corporation. Hurley worked for Kline Powers at the Chevrolet dealership. He was a good man who really knew GM parts. I left Haysi in 1961 so I saw him a few times at Bartley Chevrolet. Rest in peace Comrade Cochran, Thanks for your service to this great country. God bless the Cochran family.
