Serena Stiltner Hurley
Breaks, VA – Serena Darlene Hurley, age 41, passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Born in Buchanan County, she was a daughter of Jack T. Stiltner of the Breaks, and the late Jane Ann Stiltner. She was a homemaker and attended Breaks Church of Christ.
In addition to her father, survivors include a daughter, Destiny Stiltner of Knoxville, TN, a son, Dalton Hurley of Cedar Bluff, VA, two sisters, Dee Dee (Mike) Taylor of Elkhorn City, KY and Jackie (Bob) Irwin of Huntington, IN a nephew, Brandon Stiltner, two nieces, Haley Taylor and Shana Slone, and a great-nephew, Skylar Stiltner.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon on Monday, December 16, 2013 at Haysi Funeral Home with Clint Stewart and Jim Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Stiltner Family Cemetery, Breaks. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home where an evening service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com.
