Mitchell Dewayne  Dingus
MITCHELL DEWAYNE DINGUS
Kingsport, TN – Mitchell Dewayne Dingus, age 56 of Bloomingdale Pike, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at his home. Formerly of Clinchco, VA, he was a son of Doyle W. Dingus and the late Bethleen Yates Dingus. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Noah and Alpha Yates; paternal grandparents, Stewart and Ollie Dingus, and his second wife, Beulah (BB) Dingus.
In addition to his father, he is survived by three daughters, Deanna (Patrick) Dingus of Clinchco, VA, Jessica (Anthony) Dingus of Kingsport, TN and Angie (Pat) McBride of Salem, VA; two sons, Kirk (Jennie) Cowser of Blacksburg, VA and Alvin Cowser of Rockhill, SC; grandchildren, Brayden, John, Emily, Gracie, Peyton, Carter, Cameron, Marhaid, Nola Claire and Aljiah; a sister, Melissa (Jerry) Litzinger of Kingsport, TN, a brother, Jeffery (Martha) Dingus of Kingsport, TN; two nephews D.J. and Nicholas; two nieces, Sarah and Beth; his first wife, Sherri Laro, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Haysi Funeral Home with Joey Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in the Rebecca Willis Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
