Obituary for Clayton Fleming

Clayton  Fleming
CLAYTON FLEMING
Haysi, VA- Clayton Fleming, age 77 of Breaks Park Road, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at his home. Born in Dickenson County, he was a son of the late James Emmit and Mazie Mullins Fleming. He was a retired coal miner, a member of UMWA #7170 and member and deacon of Emmanuel church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Clatie Fleming, brothers, Noah, Pat and Farley Fleming, sisters, Beatrice and Linda Fleming and a nephew, Rocky Fleming.
Survivors include his wife, Trula Fleming, a daughter, Deborah Marie (Danny) Deel of Birchleaf, two sons, Don Jesse (Liz Boyd) Fleming of Haysi and Lucas Clayton Fleming of the home, three brothers, Willie Fleming, Edd Fleming and Mack (Brenda) Fleming, a sister-in-law, Sharon Fleming of Clintwood, two sisters, Maude (Jackie) Fleming and Hazel Fleming both of Haysi, grandchildren, Leslie Augutha Gail Fleming, Portia (Jeremy) Fletcher, Bobbie Ann (Toney) Deel, Issac Fleming, Dillon Wade Fleming, 3 step-grandchildren, Silas, Nathan and Chris Boyd, 4 great-grandchildren, Hunter Fletcher, Madison Deel, Allisa Grace Deel and Gunner Tony Deel, two very special friends, Jackie Day and Rebecca Sue Fleming and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Emmanuel Old Regular Baptist Church with Emmanuel ministers and Elder Jim Blankenship. Burial will follow in Jimmy Deel Cemetery, Rakes Ridge, VA. Pallbearers will be Brandon, Lucas, Issac and Dillon Fleming, Silas, Nathan and Chris Boyd, Jeffrey, Clint, Willard and Carl Mullins and Christopher Deel. Honorary pallbearers will be Columbus, Doug and Keith Fleming, Michael, Russell and Jerry Blankenship, Clayton Martin, Benjamin, Matthew and Jonathan Mullins, Bucky, Clay and Dale Boyd, Jeremy Fletcher and Tony Deel.
