LOIS A. GILBERT
Honaker, VA- Lois A. Gilbert, age 53 of Combs Ridge Road, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at her home. Born in Buchanan County, she was a daughter of Yvonne Hurley Gilbert and the late Bobby Gilbert. She was a homemaker. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel and a sister, Rebecca.
In addition to her mother, survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Lockhart, three sisters, Brenda (Clark) Tiller and Linda (Tim) Ratliff both of Council and Lora Jean Gilbert of Davenport, two brothers, Randy Ray (Kathy) Gilbert and Ricky Nelson Gilbert both of Davenport and a grandson, Daniel B. Owens.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Haysi Funeral Home with Don Sullivan and Eric Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Gilbert Cemetery, Davenport, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
